| ABOUT PRODUCTS | |
Presently JSC “VBF” manufactures annually around 27,0 million pieces of bearings (including more than 40 % for
automotive industry) of regulated quality levels (up to P4Q4), radial clearance, noise level, of opened and
closed types, with various greases, of ball and roller types. The factory has its own forgery, turning shop,
heat treatment shop, cage and ball production shops, and grinding and assembly shops where
we produce more than 1700 standard types of bearings with overall sizes ranging from 8 mm
of inner bore to 500 mm of outer diameter. We also manufacture assembled units with mounted bearings.
VBF products are supplied to automotive enterprises as well as to enterprises
of electrical engineering, combine harvesters, oil and gas industry, machinery, metallurgy and railway.
Joint-Stock Company VBF products are used for the assembly of water pump units,
steering, wheel hubs, in belt tension of the valve gears, in the gear boxes, fans, ignition distributor, generators,
top support of front suspension, clutch gears, electric engines, reduction gears.
The factory has a significant research potential and has a capacity
for the production of precision bearings,
as well as of bearings and bearing products according to the customer’s drawings.
