Needle bearings
Technical description:
Roller needle bearings have an advantage to roller bearings with machined rings. They have a relatively bigger load capacity with smaller overall dimensions and function well in swinging mode.
The application of these bearings allows to ensure high service capacity of machines at the same time decreasing their overall dimensions, metal consumption, and costs.
The bearings have good mounting and operation characteristics and allow mechanization and automation of unit assembly.
The bearing design ensures service capability of bearing with increased frequency of rotation, it decreases heating, wear, noise level, and misalignment of rollers.
Application:
The roller needle bearings are used in the assemblies of such vehicles as VAZ, RAF, GAZ, and KAMAZ. Bearings of type K.. (without rings) are widely applied in assemblies with limited overall dimensions in radial direction
